These handcrafted earrings created from sterling silver and glass in various sizes, 5 colors. Moving Mud uses the traditional glassblowing technique called lampwork. Each item is made of borosilicate glass, or pyrex. Find out more about the artist here:
The glass is melted and formed with a torch that combines oxygen and propane. For added strength, all pieces are annealed. Annealing is a strengthening process of slowly cooling glass in a kiln to relieve internal stresses.
Earrings are paired with the knit up in in the shade Moorit.
Random sizes & proportions because this is a handmade product, from about 5/8" to 1" (this a rough estimate.)
